As a Security Officer - Warehouse Gate Driver in Antioch, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer supporting a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will manage access control, verify credentials, monitor entry points, and help maintain smooth traffic flow for employees and drivers. You will stay visible, conduct routine patrols, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license per AU Driver Policy Requirements, where agility, reliability, and integrity matter.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification, processing visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, and maintaining accurate access logs.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, assist with dock and yard access control, and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and key areas for irregularities, and reporting maintenance or security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
