What It's Like: We're seeking a Software Engineer intern to join our dynamic Device Insurance Technology group to work on a green field IT modernization project to build and maintain high quality, reliable and scalable systems, platforms and tools supporting the Device Insurance products and lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with a Sr. Software Engineer to develop and deploy scalable microservices, on a Kubernetes container cloud infrastructure on AWS as well as work closely with T-Mobile insurance vendor on building a tightly integrated end-to-end solution. We are a team that encourages innovation and advocates an agile and open approach, truly working and playing in the Un-carrier way! What You'll Do: The software engineer intern will learn about the Kyber Arch platform, architecture, tools and work on the enhancing/optimizing existing Kyber Arch microservices as well as new build. They will participate in projects under the guidance of Sr. Software Engineer to use AI in day-to-day development activities to increase team productivity and enable faster delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learn and develop Spring Boot microservices for the Kyber Arch platform. What It Takes: 1. Enrolled in Computer Science/ MIS/IT or related majors.
