What You'll Do



  • Lead clinical build lines and manage process development deliverables, including process validation documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure project success
  • Drive technology development, material and product testing, process studies, and process improvements
  • Analyze complex test results, draw conclusions, and communicate findings through detailed technical reports
  • Design and coordinate complex engineering tests and experiments
  • Select and apply process improvement techniques to solve complex manufacturing challenges
  • Manage and document project goals, progress, and recommended revisions
  • Assess the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering tests, products, and equipment
  • Complete and manage Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERAs)
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and production goal initiatives
  • Train, develop, and provide direction to operators, technicians, and engineers
  • Ensure quality is built into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality system requirements

What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical)
  • 5+ years of process engineering experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing
  • Knowledge of electropolishing processes
  • Experience with Keyence and Sensofar measurement technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams
