The Ops Intern is responsible for supporting the Operations department while learning key concepts of Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations.

Our Warehouse and Supply Chain Team:



  • Follows an outlined schedule for training that includes introductions to various departments, experts in the industry, and overviews of TTI procedures.
  • Retains knowledge and skills trained in the classroom and on the job, in turn giving periodic overviews of the training to a select audience.
  • Overviews may consist of written reports and/or group presentation.
  • May involve rotations through multiple departments within Operations or may be focused on one key function within Operations.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; must be pursing Degree from a four-year University in related field of study, preferably in Junior or Senior year of college.
  • Any work experience in a related field within Operations, Supply Chain, or business management is a plus.

  • Exhibits ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of company products and services.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
  • Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) at an intermediate level required.
  • Familiar with managing large data sets utilizing Business Intelligence applications
