Marketing Content Creator

This is an on-site role in Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $32/hr - $34/hr

In this role, you will work on a AAA game and help develop franchise and game marketing content and support workstreams spanning screenshots, trailers, gameplay clips, social media content, behind-the-scenes videos, live streams, and more.

Skills/Requirements:

• Visual design and composition fundamentals
• Unreal Engine familiarity (asset manipulation, shooting and capturing content out of Unreal Engine)
• Cinematography and photography experience

Preferred Skills:

• Game build capture workflow management and Marketing collateral creation
• Live stream Production experience (cameras, content switching, OBS, multiplatform output)
• 3D rendering and composition (Blender, 3DSMax, etc.)
• Video editing, FX and motion graphics (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Social media content creation

Responsibilities:

• Deliverables will be defined monthly (sprint) and are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
• At the end of each month the team will review all actual deliverables against the defined priorities to determine success and/or opportunities for future improvement.
• Details below are representative of a typical sprint, but actual deliverables will be driven by the needs of the business for a given sprint.
• Media Capture: Game build management, craft game capture, gameplay footage direction and capture, press kit productions, partner capture for franchise requests
• Marketing Asset Creation: Screenshots, Unreal asset renders and composition
• Video Production: Shooting, editing, After Effects, light GFX to power trailers, sizzles, teases, reels, vidocs, livestreams, interviews, and other franchise media activations
• Livestreams/Live Broadcast Production: Preproduction, asset management, switching, broadcast execution, mics and lighting
• Weekly Media Team Sync - Review week and upcoming week priorities and deliverables, identify risks/blockers, identify gaps, provide clarity on deliverables.
• Weekly Franchise Development Team Sync - Review work from week and talk through upcoming week priorities
• Creative kickoff meetings for each planned deliverable - as needed based on scope of production
• Bimonthly/Monthly Livestream planning meetings - plan content, run of show and timing for next livestream event.

Deliverables, include, but are not limited to:

• Game Capture (screenshots, gameplay segments, b-roll, gameplay trailers)
• Video Content (reviews + final + various exports)
• Livestream production planning + execution
• Interview shoots, edits, final exports
