Position Summary

The ERP System & Integration Administration manager will report to the Technical Group Lead and is responsible for overseeing the deployment, operation, and continuous optimization of the Oracle Cloud ERP system environments. The leader will be responsible for overseeing the integration of ERP systems and ensuring seamless data exchange between various platforms and business processes. This role demands a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and effective communicator who can deliver optimized solutions and drive improvements in the integration of ERP systems within the company. They will maintain the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Cloud ERP System including environment deployment and configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of core business modules on the oracle platform while adhering to security policies.


The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction. They will also play a critical role in ensuring that the ERP system interfaces with internal and external applications smoothly, leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Value Creation
* Lead planning, execution, and governance of ERP system deployment and integration activities aligned with program goals.
* Drive initiatives that enhance system scalability, reliability, and overall performance.
* Design and implement secure integration solutions connecting ERP with financial, HR, supply chain, and CRM systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
* Partner with implementation vendors to establish standards for system administration, documentation, and compliance.
* Monitor data flow across integrated systems, proactively resolving discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and downtime.
* Deliver continuous improvement through structured analysis, innovation, and alignment with long-term business priorities.


Business Operations
* Oversee integration of third-party tools and applications to streamline processes and strengthen data continuity.
* Monitor environment performance using Oracle tools to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Manage deployment of system updates and patches across staging and production environments, ensuring quality testing and stakeholder alignment.
* Serve as primary liaison among IT, business units, and external vendors, maintaining transparent communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Ensure adherence to data governance standards through validation, audit, and reconciliation practices after refresh cycles.


People Development
* Cultivate a high-performing team culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
* Provide leadership and guidance to ERP integration specialists, promoting cross-training and shared learning.
* Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
* Mentor staff in ERP integration practices and system administration, fostering continuous professional growth.
* Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals.

Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Proven expertise in ERP (Oracle or SAP) system administration, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Proficiency Cloud ERP (Oracle or SAP) solutions, Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, or specialized experience in Cloud ERP (Oracle or SAP) Implementation.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices for data management.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a history of successfully managing and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure, & administration, familiar with database management concepts, system integration tools and API.
Excellent problem - solving & troubleshooting skills & able to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced certification in Oracle Cloud ERP, such as Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Security Professional Certification, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Associate Certification, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Professional Certification.
ITIL Certification, such as ITIL Foundation Level, to demonstrate knowledge of IT service management best practices.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner to support cloud infrastructure integration.
Project management certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, particularly within a utility or enterprise context.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
Physical Demands
