Administrative Assistant MED-ZSFG-DGIM Part Time 87658BR Job Summary V4V seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative assistant to ensure the high impact program continues to operate efficiently and effectively. This position will support the growing administrative needs of the V4V program, including oversight of benefits inventory and high-volume voucher processing, data entry, survey and enrollment data cleaning and preparation of invoices and disbursement requests for vendor reimbursements. The position also verifies patient enrollment, reviews information for accuracy, tracks patient benefits, and follows up with insurance as necessary. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $25.72 - $36.59 (Hourly Rate). V4V not only provides people with crucial resources to purchase healthy food and improve their health but also helps address food deserts by supporting the ability of food vendors to stock fresh produce. V4V is an evidence-based program whose outcomes consistently demonstrate improved food security, diet quality, and increased access to healthy food. V4V operates in partnership with dozens of local community-based organizations to reach thousands of low-income households and the program, which has been nationally recognized as a model for improving nutrition security in underserved communities, has been replicated in communities across the country.
