ENTERPRISE RISK MGT ANL 4 HR Disability Mgmt Svcs Full Time 87692BR Job Summary The Principal Disability Analyst provides temporary and permanent accommodation assistance to employees with occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses in order to control costs of disability, reduce lost time, and balance the business needs of UCSF and the interests of UC staff, faculty, residents, and/or postdoctoral scholars with disabilities. This role serves as a management liaison; referral source for other internal and external services; technical expert for the HR community; and a direct service provider to campus and/or health system employees and multiple departments, facilitating the interactive process and reasonable accommodation. This position may be assigned to support specific UCSF departments or populations. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $111,900 - $140,000 (Annual Rate).
