Education and Experience:

• Business office experience preferred
• 2-year College Degree preferred

Essential Duties:

• Ability and flexibility to work alternate hours if necessary, including Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
• Good reasoning, conflict management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Takes initiative to correct issues without direction, offer solutions to problems and support a team effort
• Lead with positivity that encourages others and places an emphasis of putting others before self
• Work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency to meet established deadlines
• Communication, organizational, transparency, authenticity, listening, & developing relationships
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Coordinate and prepare appropriate shipment methods with freight carriers
• Support warehouse operations, records, compliance and regulations
• Track shipments and prepare bill of lading for accuracy

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Must be able to occasionally lift to 35 pounds when necessary
• Capable of sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Required to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature changes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment that require detailed hand movements and coordination, possible exposure to hazardous products, dust and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation.
