Industrial Mechanical Engineering Intern

We areseekingdynamic andinnovativeMechanicalEngineering Interns for full-timework during the summer months of2026. This isa great opportunityto learn more about your chosen field! The ideal candidate will be a student who wishes to increase their knowledge ofmechanical systems, learn about computer analysis software systems, and work in a professional fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work semi-independently.
• Possess basic level computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and a working knowledge of computer-aided drafting.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).
• Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
• Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Enrolled as a full-time student in a mechanicalengineering program at a nationally recognized, accredited college.
• Two or more years of required courses completed towards a mechanical engineering degree.
• Prior engineering internship experience preferred.

Expected hourly rate: $20.00-$24.00
