Bringing Home the Dough

The Foodservice National Accounts Manager is responsible for supporting the development of Foodservice Sale while executing appropriate sales strategies and negotiating corporate contracts in collaboration Foodservice National Accounts Director. Additionally, the position works closely with executives at key accounts to develop and maintain strong relationships. This position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Recommend (to Foodservice National Accounts Director) and deploy sales strategies for national accounts.
* Work with Foodservice National Accounts Director to forecast accurate volume
* Execute on annual sales operating plan, business unit priorities, trade spend and contract negotiation to achieve sales and top line growth goals for specific area within the National Accounts teams.
* Ensure that personal sales priorities are aligned to contracts negotiated with national accounts
* In conjunction with Director of Foodservice Sales, coordinate trade spend at the distributor level for National Accounts to ensure spend stays within budget
* Review and analyze customer data and market research to understand trends and opportunities to deliver on goals
* Develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships with new and existing customers through consistent delivery
* Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
* Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, include including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

* Minimum 3-5 years experience in national account management, business development, or sales within the foodservice industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to travel up to 25%
* Strong understanding of the foodservice industry trends, key players, and distribution channels
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
