Description TRAINING COORDINATOR - MANUFACTURING Bring Your Training Expertise to Life on the Production Floor Are you a training professional who thrives on being where the action happens? Do you get energized creating hands-on learning experiences that stick? We're looking for a Training Coordinator who doesn't just design training programs, they bring them to life. WHAT YOU'LL DO: This isn't a desk job. You'll be on your feet, in the plant, working directly with teams to build a culture where learning drives performance. You'll design, coordinate, and deliver training that transforms how people work. Your day-to-day: * Develop and deliver classroom and floor-based training that actually works * Partner with supervisors and leadership to identify skill gaps and create customized solutions * Facilitate plant-wide training sessions using proven methodologies (TWI, ADDIE) * Coach new employees and guide career progression programs * Evaluate what's working, fix what isn't, and continuously improve the learning experience * Act as a change agent, building enthusiasm for growth and development YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU: * Have 4+ years developing and delivering training in manufacturing environments * Love facilitating in-person sessions where you can read the room and adapt on the fly * Can present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, from new hires to senior leadership * Anticipate problems before they happen and implement solutions proactively * Work efficiently in fast-paced environments where priorities shift * Communicate effectively across all levels (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus) WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT: You'll have real impact. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm (Salary position) Travel: Up to 10% annually, may include supporting start-up facilities WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Required: * High school diploma or GED * 4+ years training development/delivery experience in manufacturing * Strong facilitation and presentation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership or related field * Full-site or multi-functional manufacturing training experience * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles * Understanding of TWI and ADDIE methodologies If you're ready to elevate training from theory to practice and make a tangible difference in how people develop their skills, let's talk. #IndeedBET | |
