Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Due Diligence Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, Maryland. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support national-level intelligence and strategic issues by bringing specialized experience with a Strategic Supply Chain focus.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential entities reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents.
  • Analyze financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency, management structure, and internal controls.
  • Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics identifying potential risks and opportunities, including regulatory, financial, and operational risks
  • Prepare due diligence reports and other written materials, including Final Risk Assessments, Due Diligence Risk Records, Other products as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience in finance, accounting, business, or related field. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
  • 5-10 years of experience in due diligence, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • Current understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in due diligence.
  • Familiarity with NIST 100-161 and K-10 fillings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Pitch Book)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.)
  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.)
