Program Duration

Our intern program runs approximately40 hoursper week, June1stthrough midAugust.

The Impact You Will Have

In this internship, you will support the Channel Contracting Team within Channel Operations. Channel Contracting partners with agencies to prepare them to sell BCBSMN insurance products. As an intern, you will gain handson experience in contract management, auditing, and operational processes that directly support our distribution channels.

Your Responsibilities

Assistwith updating agency contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform administrator audits to support governance and operational integrity.

Support Channel Contracting team members on various administrative and operational tasks.

Collaborate with internal partners to support contractrelated workflows.

Required Skills and Experiences

  • To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship.

  • Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship.

  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior as of Summer 2026, pursuing a degree inBusiness, Law, Communications, or a related major.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Strong technical competency andproficiencyusing various software applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.

  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being onsite at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Experience working with legal contracts.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $22.50 - $23.50 - $24.50 Hourly

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
