Program Duration Our internship program runs approximately 40 hours per week, from June 1st through mid-August. The Impact You Will Have As a summer HRintern,you will make a real difference by contributing to meaningful projects that shape our organization and support our mission to improve health and well-being for all.You'llgain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, and see the tangible results of your work. Your Responsibilities During your internship, you will rotate through several HR specialties such as Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, Organization Development, Employee Relations, and gain exposure to working with HR Business Partners to understand how HR strategies align with business needs. Role Designation Hybrid Anchored in Connection Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week - most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
