Summary

This roleprovides supportandassistanceto the Corporate SecuritySupport Teaminreporting on the repair andmaintenanceofbanksecurityrelated equipment.This includestrackingandreportingto business units as necessaryfor alarm and fire equipment maintenance.This positionis responsible for, but not limited to, performing a wide range of supportduties for the CorporateSecurity Department.The Corporate Security Admin Assistants will report directly to theCorporate Security OperationsManager(CSOM).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepares, maintains, and distributes in-depth excel spreadsheets/reports on Alarm and Fire Equipment Inspections.

  • Sets priorities and organizes the administrative workload for assigned area of responsibility to utilize time most effectively.

  • Maintains files and records

  • Maintain Department Invoicing.

  • Prepares and Maintains team scorecard for weekly meetings.

  • Provide assistance to other employees as needed and directed by team management

  • All other tasks, responsibilities, or duties, as directed by management

Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma, some college preferred

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience

Additional Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain seated or work standing in a confined area on a computer for a minimum of four (4) hours eachworkday

  • Must be able to constantly use hands and fingers to enter data through or on a computer or answer a phone throughout most of an eight (8) hour shift

  • Must be able to walkfrequentlythroughout the day to obtain supplies from other areas in the Bank

  • Must be able to hear and communicate with coworkers and customers throughout the day

  • May need tolift upto 25 pounds one to two times a day to perform job

  • Must be able to function in a professional, business officeenvironment and actand dress appropriately, consistent with the Bank's grooming and dress codes

  • Mustdemonstrateexcellent interpersonal skills withvendorsand coworkers

  • Must be willing to function as a team member

  • Must be willing todemonstratecommitment to South State Bank's mission

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Ability to work independently on complex and confidential tasks with high attention to detail.

  • Office: This position reports to a physical Company location, and the setting will be a typical office environment.

  • Remote or hybrid: For remote or hybrid positions, a secure and distraction-free setting is required, with a reliable internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable). Hybrid positions will report to a physical Company location, as directed by the manager, and that setting will be a typical office environment.
