Description
Coakley & Williams Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family and other commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is accountable for overall project direction, financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and team development.
The Senior Project Manager leads project teams and works closely with owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, subcontractors, estimators, schedulers, and BIM professionals. The successful candidate will bring experience managing large, complex construction projects and will understand how preconstruction planning, procurement, cost control, scheduling, and field execution work together to produce successful outcomes. In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 per year. The final salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's relevant professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, training, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonus compensation. Physical and Work RequirementsThis position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above and below shoulder level. The employee must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed in active construction environments with exposure to heavy machinery, equipment, hazardous materials, noise, dust, and extreme weather conditions. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work schedules may vary based on project requirements and may include early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends.
