Anheuser Busch is seeking part-time Brand Development Representatives to be part of the team and assist in driving sales. Open up your future by working as a Sales intern and you will be part of a fast growing company driven by groundbreaking ideas and innovative culture. Brand Development representatives will represent various featured brands at key on/off premise accounts each month. What We Offer:

  • Average 20 hours/week spring/Summer
  • Hourly Pay $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various Control States with Monday Check-in meeting with Anheuser Busch Control State Personnel
  • Retail and on premise sampling and event execution
  • Attend Broker General Sales meetings (virtual or in person)
  • Work with Brokers to learn the Control States distilled spirits business model including pricing, discounting, shelving and display strategies
  • Work with AB distributors and brokers in the field
  • Present internship recap to Anheuser-Busch, Broker, and Advantage team at the end of the program

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in Bachelor or Master Degree Program
  • 1 year plus working as Bartending experience (On Premise Sampling experience is a plus)
  • Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 or older and requires Responsible Alcohol Training
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access
  • Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings
  • Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products
  • Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Access to reliable transportation within your territory is critical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentations
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and make sound decisions to grow the business
  • Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Flexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and daily Internet access
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
