Paint Mixing:
Accurately prepares, blends, and matches paint colors by measuring pigments, resins, and solvents according to established formulas. Operates mixing machinery, performs quality checks to ensure proper color and consistency, manages paint inventory, and maintains a clean and safe work area. Loading/Unloading: Hangs raw parts onto the paint booth line and removes finished parts, ensuring proper orientation and spacing to achieve consistent coating quality. Preparation: Cleans, degreases, masks, and bags surfaces that should not be painted, following all quality standards and process requirements. Additional Duties: Assists with 5S activities in the body shop and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You have the following qualifications: Minimum: * 1+ years of paint and/or equivalent vehicle repair experience. * Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. Preferred: * A high school diploma or its equivalent. USD 20.10 - 30.10 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
