This Pre-Sales Manager role sits within the North American Banking sales organization and is focused on the Wealth and Retirement segment. The successful candidate will develop the team to meet presales excellence standards, participate in the broader presales leadership team to define best practice and support sales expansion, work closely with lines of business and sales leadership to help develop our sales and GTM strategy, and roll out new technologies across the team to improve client engagement and interactions. This is a senior position within the organization and will have responsibilities for developing strategies to improve solution presentation and efficiencies within the team. The Pre-Sales Manager is a highly motivated individual who understands what presales excellence looks like, has proven experience in elevating presales performance and delivering high quality presentations and demonstrations, and can successfully work with all levels within an organization to successfully manage change programs.
