Description Provision Data Services are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician for their data center in Downtown Dallas! The NOC technician is responsible for carrying out monitoring operations, servicing and maintaining servers, network, and telecommunication equipment in a centralized data location. Basic tasks include: Air filter replacement, pallet jack use, basic mechanical/small repairs. Need to have a blend of IT, security, and light facility maintenance. Skills help desk support, security, noc, outlook, excel database, computer programming Top Skills Details help desk support,security,noc Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience and Education: - Associate's or Bachelor's in IT - CompTIA certification (optional but nice to have) - 6+ months of IT experience Requirements Moderate IT helpdesk, server, and networking knowledge. Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. Customer relations knowledge. Security knowledge. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook or similar programs. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Weekends required; on-call on a rotating basis.
