As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Partner cross-functionally to establish product goals and deliver durable solutions across engineering, design, data science, and adjacent product teams.
  • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, including build, partner, and acquisition paths; assess acquisitions for potential migration offerings and integration strategy.
  • Advise on customer transition and migration strategies, particularly as products evolve toward more AI-driven and platform-centric architectures.
  • Lead engagement programs and deep customer feedback loops, ensuring insights directly inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, defining success metrics, assessing impact, and ensuring alignment with broader business and customer objectives.
  • Influence without authority, setting direction across teams and organizations through clarity, credibility, and strong product judgment.
