The Copilot Studio team is on a mission to super charge agentic solutions for enterprise and personal productivity. We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager that will design, build, evaluate genAI capabilities into Copilot Studio end-to-end. Enabling makers and end users to leverage the latest in models, tools, multi-modality, autonomous capabilities to solve problems at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Beaproductleaderwho deeply understands theenterpriseworkflow automationscenarios to help delivercontinuedcustomervalue& drive adoption.
  • Establish and operationalize scalable processes that drive consistent collaboration across PM, engineering, design, data science, and partner organizations.
  • Develop polished,highqualityexecutivereadyartifacts-including narratives, strategy documents, status updates, anddecisiondrivingdecks.
  • Build clear, repeatable mechanisms forcrossteamalignment, includingintakeworkflows,decisionmakingframeworks, and communication rhythms.
  • EnsureCopilot Studioremainsa market leader in agentic platformsforautonomous capabilities.
  • Drive competitive evaluation ofthe ecosystem, staying ahead of


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable in having conversations withcustomers and executivestakeholders at multiple levels(C-level execs, program leads, directors, low-code app makers, developers, architects).
  • Comfortable withambiguityandself-learnerswho can make decisions and keep making progress withminimal guidance.
  • Strongleadership acumen, withabilityto drive resultsthrough influence.
  • Team playerwith a demonstrated habit ofsharing and scaling knowledge- either internally or externally - through documentation, presentations, videos, code samples, accelerators, etc.
  • Experience in creating/building/deploying agentic solutions.
  • Generative AI, LLMs, quality evaluation approaches and frameworks.

Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
