We are currently hiring for: Parts Crib Clerk - Maintenance Department Weekend Shift

Job Summary: The Parts Crib Clerk is responsible for receiving, cataloging, storage, cycle-counting and managing the inventory of service parts. The Maintenance Clerk is also responsible for issuing parts and tools to members of the maintenance department.

Schedule: Friday - Monday from 5 a.m. to 330 p.m.

Compensation Details: Wage range is $21.37 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Account for all tools/radios, etc. checked out from the tool crib to ensure they are returned.
• Maintain parts inventories: receiving, storage, and issuing parts according to specific work orders.
• Perform 5S and safety audits on the tool and parts crib areas.
• Operate the dispatch systems which create real-time data and work order/labor accountability.
• Work with vendors for quotes and availability on past due parts as well as create PO's as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of parts room/tool crib experience.
• Experience with inventory management software is required.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships are available.
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) experience is a bonus.
• Experience working in a 5S environment, is a bonus.
• Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
