Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a proven track-record of designing and deploying best practice process solutions as part of a ServiceNow deployment. The ideal candidate will work alongside Platform Architects and Developers to understand the critical business and operational objectives of our customers, and lead workshops to Client, engineer, and deploy ITIL and Service Management based best practices that ultimately lead to a seamless implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including system integrations, customization, and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and process flows.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow technologies and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a technical lead for ServiceNow projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CSA and CAD certifications are required.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, Angular, HTML, CSS and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • High level of detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service and adaptability to handle shifting demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) experience with UI builder and service portal development.
