Be Ready To Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in a non-retail stockroom or controlled inventory environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of the kitting process and manufacturing floor preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new software systems and procedures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to stand, move, and lift 25 pounds

Your Daily Job

• Review project data and ISO standards to determine kitting requirements
• Gather required components from customer supply, procurement, and inventory sources, including board fabrication materials
• Verify and kit components against the Kitting BOM, label packages per specifications, and record activity in Optel (Nala)
• Identify and resolve kit discrepancies by coordinating with customers or internal parts departments
• Inspect bare boards in accordance with IPC-600 standards and sampling plans
• Print and submit custom labels for peer review and approval when required
• Issue procured or stocked components to the appropriate work orders
• Release completed kits to assembly once all issues are resolved
• Monitor post-release material issues and resolve promptly
• Perform post-audit or restock materials after project completion as needed
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and purchase order receiving
• Support the packaging and shipping of completed assemblies
• Collaborate with IT to utilize software systems effectively
