Goldbelt Professional Services specializes in providing expert resources for Public Health missions including scientific, technical, and administrative support from junior staff to high-level subject matter experts. Research and data driven, Goldbelt Professional Services' experts create solutions customized to the client's needs.

Summary:

The Program Manager III will provide consultation support to the CDC with the overall management of the task order and ensuring that the technical requirements and schedules in the task order are being fully supported in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide consultation support to the CDC with assigned programming and systems contract staff supporting the task order.
  • Organizes, and coordinates estimating, planning, conducting, producing, monitoring, and reporting of all the contractor's personnel support activities.
  • Provide consultation support to the CDC with assigning schedules, and review work of subordinates.
  • Provide consultation support to the CDC for plans, and utilization and management of task.
  • Interfaces with CDC management personnel, CDC technical monitors and staff, and other cognizant CDC officials.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated mastery of federal retirement systems and benefit programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel employees and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-impact retirement cases with discretion and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of federal retirement experience within the last ten years, at a senior or advisory level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
