You develop strategies and tactics that position us as the consultant of choice for the current and future technology needs of SLED accounts. You build internal relationships and inspire teams to exceed sales targets.

How you can make a difference:

  • Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Develop and direct medium to long-term account strategy planning for high priority clients.
  • Ensure the account team is effectively implementing the sales strategy through weekly account team strategy meetings.
  • Recommend strategies to protect, grow client relationships.
  • Report on sales summaries, client retention, business opportunities, funnel growth and competitor and market trends.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Meet or exceed SLED quotas by selling alongside team members.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and develop a sales team into a productive, cohesive unit.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Three or more years of proven sales leadership in a competitive telecommunications sales environment; Five or more years of proven sales experience as a top performer.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies; Experience with Salesforce; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Team building, team management and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to deliver or exceed team-based sales quotas while leading in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $95,900.00 and $222,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $84,000.
