As anExecutive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to President, Corporate Strategy and Market Development, Asia and Middle East and a Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. The Executive Assistant will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks including, arranging travel, coordinating meetings across international time zones, completing expense reports, answering phones and handling other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive, resourceful, driven, accessible and mature and have the ability to work effectively in a confidential, high paced, fluid environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail. This role is part time and will be expected to work 20 hours per week.


What you'll do:

  • Provide highly proactive administrative support to the President & SVP: schedule meetings, arrange travel, manage correspondence, order supplies, answer phones and other projects and duties as needed.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing visas as required.
  • Prepare business expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and show initiative.
  • Assist in presentations, coordination, and preparation of local and global meetings and conferences.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience; prior experience supporting at the executive level preferred.
  • A college degree is strongly preferred.
  • Some experience in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Adept with both Mac and PC a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus.
  • Proactive with strong time management and organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and duties on a daily basis with a calm, positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly responsive and adept at following through on all duties and requests.
  • Ability to work effectively with all types of personalities.
  • Interest in the music business and entertainment industry.
  • International experience (Asia Pac) preferred.
