Job Posting Title Machine Operator I Job Description Summary Performs the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned production area. REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor and/or Team Leader in assigned production area. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Start up and shut down of mold sizing presses 2.Remove parts from mold and sizing presses 3.Load and unload ovens/adjust ovens 4.Component assembly 5.Check parts according to the process sheets 6.Enter checks into the Datamyte 7.Mold SPC 8.Proper Paperwork (Alerts, CARs, RFC, Travelers, Process Sheets, Size, SPC) 9.Sinter Checks 10.NCM System 11.Handling of Scrap 12.Gauging 13.Paste Robot set up and operation 14.Final Inspection/Leak Test 15.Inspect/Wash/Pack-Keystone Unit 16.Environmental Safety requirements 17.MSDS System / Labeling 18.Equipment Safety 19.Lockout/Tagout 20.Work Place Organization / 7S 21.Plexus specific training Job Description: Performs the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned production area. Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: Manufacturing background preferred. Working knowledge and ability to operate production machines, make adjustments, ability to gauge and measure parts, perform SPC and quality checks, complete X & R charts.
