A day in the life...

As a D2C Program Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation and performance of D2C programs, including the Rewards Club and customized gifting program. In this role, you will coordinate contracts and preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining to provide relevant and up-to-date information to support decision-making. You will ensure adherence with master plans and schedules to meet project timelines and budget while develop solutions to program issues by directly working with cross functional partners assigned to the programs.



What you will be doing...



  • Responsible for the development and primary implementation of Retail Shop, Ecommerce and B2B programs
  • Providing analysis of programs implemented to determine the success of each and create recommendations for improvements
  • Effectively communicating program details and providing feedback to management regarding any issues
  • Providing recommendations for packaging and/or merchandising of new products, costs, margins, product promotions, sales pricing, and price changes as necessary also serve as a liaison to other departments
  • Providing reporting and analysis of results as requested
  • Accurately managing marketing budget for department responsibilities
  • Communicating integrated plans and tactics internally and providing the store network with required campaign information and set-up to support campaigns
  • Supporting and analyzing results of retail marketing projects as needed; including but not limited to:

    • New Store Opening Marketing plans
    • Retail marketing campaign tracking and measurement
    • Creating calendars for in-store marketing activities


  • Being a consulting partner for all data-driven projects, decision support, and process improvement initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices, provide technical advice, and build bases of influence.
  • Assembling spreadsheets; creating charts and tables to illustrate data.


If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:



  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)



  • 2+ years of program analyst experience.
  • Experience using judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Experience performing a variety of complex tasks
  • Successfully managed and prioritized multiple concurrent projects
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software e.g. Microsoft Office products (Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including charts, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Query, etc
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven record of synthesizing large amounts of structured and unstructured data into easy-to-understand insights tailored for all relevant audiences to solve business problems.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically, with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues
  • Able to work effectively on data that can be ambiguous within a fast-changing environment, adapting to tight deadlines and priority changes
  • Experience effectively using data to analyze program success
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.
