As an Advanced Practice Provider in dialysis, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with your patients and provide longitudinal care, without the constraints of 20 minute clinic slots. Our APPs enjoy autonomy and flexibility, working closely within an interdisciplinary team of APPs, physicians, nurses, social work and dieticians, to help patients live their healthiest lives today and achieve their overall health goals.
