Position Summary The Childhood Development Lead is responsible for the safety, care and wellbeing of the children in the Childhood Development Center, which includes Play Care and Huckleberry Hollow. Lead will follow the policies and procedures of the center regarding personal conduct and security, as well as demonstrate a true desire to work and play with children. Lead will lead by example in regard to policy, customer service, childcare (safety and engagement). Duties and Responsibilities
