We are seeking aManager, Global Supply Chain Programsfor overall management and execution of global procurement programs to enable our business strategy and goals. In this role, you will manage global programs that mitigate supply risks and enable margin improvement, ensuring effective project execution, prioritization, and process compliance. You will manage projects and initiatives, track organizational metrics, and lead governance and communication efforts across the enterprise. ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Provides overall management support for identified projects ensuring effective execution meeting the business/functional area goals and priorities.
  • Evaluates and manages the inter-relationship between projects and goals of the business/functional area.
  • Ensures that the projects are conducted within the capacity of the organization.
  • Participates in project and program prioritization ensuring consistency with strategies and business priorities.
  • Tracks organization-wide metrics on the state of project and program delivery and the value/ROI within individual projects.
  • Understands, creates and executes project and program support plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Resolves and/or escalates project and program related issues in a timely fashion.
  • Creates and manages strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning within and across projects.
  • Communicates important milestones, status updates, achievements and decisions as it relates to the program at the project and leadership level.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain engineering or operations. A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering or technical discipline is preferred.

Experience



  • Minimum 6 years in similar role or related experience at a global manufacturing company.
  • Preferred - Experience in Medical Device industry.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and Power BI.



Skills



  • Ability to manage project lifecycle from initiation to close on a medium sized projects or programs.
  • Demonstrates successful management of multiple work streams or projects of varying size or complexity simultaneously.
  • Experience in defining objectives, budgets, business cases, detailed work breakdown structures, and schedules for a large or complex set of related projects or programs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to drive critical milestones on projects and programs.
  • Responsible for managing all program constraints and dependencies.
  • Ability to challenge project teams & project Managers to increase efficiency, reduce waste & honor commitments.



Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Preferred - Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant sourcing/procurement certification.

Lakewood, Colorado or Remote

TRAVEL

Travel required (up to 15%).

Target Pay Range:$133,700.00to$167,100.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:10.0%
