The Opportunity:

Mexico/Canada FSE Payroll

1. Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations.

2. Review and process benefit reimbursement requests in the FSE Portal by determining employee eligibility in accordance with

FSE Benefit Regulations.

3. Prepare and analyze payroll reports, audits, and reconciliations for management and regulatory purposes.

4. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation policies.

FSE Management

1. Lead and optimize onboarding and transition processes for new and transferring FSEs, ensuring seamless relocations, timely

completion of documentation, and full compliance with regional and corporate standards.

2. Oversee and maintain the integrity of FSE records by managing employee enrollment, termination, and data accuracy within the

FSE Portal system.

3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including official letters and announcements, to ensure timely and

consistent dissemination of key updates to the FSE community.

4. Provide strategic guidance and policy interpretation to FSEs in alignment with corporate regulations, while proactively

identifying and escalating complex or exceptional cases to leadership for resolution.

5. Administer and monitor FSE benefit programs and reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with FSE Benefit

Regulations and delivering expert consultation on policy application.

FSE Income Tax

1. Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end income tax filing process in collaboration with CPAs and Foreign Service Employees,

ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

2. Manage and ensure the efficient collection, organization, and submission of all required tax documentation to the company's

CPA, while facilitating effective communication and alignment among all parties.

3. Manage communications with the IRS and state tax authorities to follow up on inquiries or notices related to current and prior-

year tax returns.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree (Business/Finance preferred)


  • Bilingual in English and Korean


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


  • Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines


  • Analytical and problem solving capability required


  • Time management skills with ability to handle & adhere to team schedules


  • Interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate self management skills by being able to multi-task in fast pace work environment


  • Be able to work well with others and be able to perform other related/non-related duties as required or assigned



Recruiting Range
$55,000 - $70,000 USD
