Position Overview This position can be site based or remote in Chicago, Milwaukee, or New York City. The Sr. Paid Media Specialist shapes and executes paid media strategies across search, social, display, and emerging channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and health care provider (HCP) marketing efforts. This role translates strategic direction into actionable media plans that support acquisition growth of products. The Sr. Paid Media Specialist partners closely with internal teams-including Owned Channels, Creative, and Analytics-and external agencies to deliver integrated, data-driven, and innovative paid media campaigns aligned with brand and business goals. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Partnering with leadership, develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for both DTC and HCP audiences.
- Support campaign planning, analysis, and reporting, delivering data and insights to internal customer teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the in-platform subject matter expert for Paid Search and Paid Social, providing informed oversight and guidance to the agency implementation team.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Owned Channels, Creative, Analytics, Brand) and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration across all touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance across internal and external metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage channel-specific dashboards incorporating paid media delivery data and web trends.
- Stay current on digital media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Support the development of audience segmentation and targeting strategies in partnership with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and analytics teams.
- Manage the creative trafficking and deployment process, as informed by asset availability and campaign performance.
- Support driving channel strategies based on marketing, audience, and customer insights through agency leadership and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with external agency partners to stay at the forefront of changes in the competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors to ensure current on latest media innovations and capabilities.
- In collaboration with leadership and agency of record, support campaign briefs and annual video Upfront planning.

- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

- Ability to travel up to 20% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma / General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of experience in a related field as outlined in the essential duties.
- 6+ years of experience in paid media planning, buying, and optimization (search, social, display, programmatic).
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on campaign management experience in Paid Search and Social platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with media analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in paid media planning, buying, and optimization (search, social, display, programmatic) in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
- Experience with HCP marketing and/or pharmaceutical/device campaigns.
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leveraging Piwik web reporting platform.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and collaborating on strategic media initiatives.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements for healthcare advertising.
- Advanced proficiency with media planning and analytics platforms.
- Certified in Search Ads 360.

Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $155,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
