Job DescriptionIDS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, oversee, and execute complex, large-scale programs supporting government and defense missions. This role is responsible for full lifecycle program leadership, including resource planning, milestone execution, cost management, personnel supervision, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with organizational and mission priorities. The Program Manager will apply proven methodologies and strong leadership principles to guide diverse teams, subcontractors, and multifunctional efforts in support of high-visibility programs. Key Duties* Plan, direct, and manage methodologies and program operations, ensuring effective manpower utilization, compliance with standards, training execution, and overall performance optimization. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, technical, management, or a related discipline.
