| Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Unit Administrator/Specialist for the School of Nursing. This position will be responsible for supporting the Project Director to implement all work plan goals. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the program.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Takes the lead on program marketing, recruitment and clinical placements of students.
- Researches and drafts program-specific evaluation tools, including the alumni survey, and developing a database to track students.
- Supports preceptors with the process of applying for voluntary faculty appointments.
- Ensures that orders are placed through Rutgers Marketplace, as needed.
- Manages all payments and associated paperwork, including annual MOU's.
- Writes and assists with HRSA-mandated annual reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience and two years of experience advising students.
