As a Data & Business Intelligence Specialist, you'll help shape smarter, faster, and more impactful decisionmaking across BRP. By turning complex data into clear insights, intuitive dashboards, and actionable recommendations, you'll play a key role in driving pricing strategies, uncovering performance opportunities, and supporting initiatives that push our business forward. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions and design dashboards in Power BI or other BI tools.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
• Experiment with advanced analytics techniques and build proof-of-concepts using tools like Python or R to uncover new opportunities for profitability and efficiency.
• Optimize and transform data using SQL for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Integrate and analyze multiple data sources to deliver comprehensive insights that drive smarter decisions-from pricing strategies to sales programs.
• Lead annual pricing adjustments and conduct comprehensive pricing analysis.
• Develop models and recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, impactful data storytelling.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or similar discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience building and developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• Relevant experience using SQL
• Ability to communicate in English
• Experience with pricing analysis (an asset)
• Experience in powersport industry (an asset)
