This will require an onsite presence five days per week in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, supporting a large-scale aviation infrastructure program

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models in Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with project and client standards.

  • Perform QA/QC audits of models, including geometry validation, worksets, coordinates, levels, and performance optimization.

  • Integrate Revit models with project schedules to produce 4D visualizations using Synchro 4D or equivalent platforms.

  • Support construction planning, sequencing, phasing, and progress tracking through model-based workflows.

  • Lead clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage and/or Revizto.

  • Facilitate coordination meetings and track resolution of model conflicts.

  • Manage point cloud datasets and support Scan-to-BIM workflows for as-built model validation.

  • Validate asset-level metadata within Revit models to meet owner Asset Information Requirements (AIR).

  • Support asset data integration and validation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

  • Ensure BIM deliverables are Digital Twin-ready, supporting long-term operations and lifecycle management.

  • Collaborate with construction teams, owners, and digital delivery leadership to ensure successful model handover.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with emphasis on BIM coordination and digital delivery.

  • Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (model management, families, parameters, QA/QC).

  • Demonstrated experience with 4D BIM workflows and model-schedule integration.

  • Proficiency in Navisworks and/or Revizto for clash detection.

  • Experience with point cloud processing and Scan-to-BIM modeling.

  • Understanding of BIM for Asset Management and model handover standards.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary construction environments.

Preferred but not Required:

  • Experience on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.

  • Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts or ISO 19650 standards.

  • Experience supporting commissioning, closeout, and facilities handover phases.

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Dynamo, Python, or scripting workflows.
