Principal Technical Lead

JRAD is seeking a part-time Principle Technical Lead for an immediate fill position located in Edgewood, MD.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support with a primary focus on systems engineering, component and systems level testing, and engineering analysis hood ventilation systems.
• Perform a wide variety of Individual and Collective Protection activities in support of a US Department of Defense (DoD) organization in the Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) that includes laboratories performing experiments with both surety and non-surety materials.
• Provide Technical expertise in designing, evaluating and certifying existing and new ventilation systems that support CW analysis and testing.
• Support mobile laboratory design, development and manufacturing.

Required Skills and Education:

• BS Degree in Science - Mechanical Engineering Preffered
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret
