Project Manager

Opportunity Overview:

Project Manager-Level 4 is a fully remote position with some travel up to 50% travel to Juno Beach, FL job sites on occasions. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will help a team of Technical Writers, Controls Specialist, and Commissioning Specialist build on onboarding document for all current and new employees joining their company. You will involve yourself in managing timelines, monitor progress, improvement processes, and meet quality standards. You will report to the onsite manager. This role involves managing timelines, monitoring progress, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Your Day-to-Day:

• You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delays to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct quality reviews of work products and status report.
• Provide performance management and deliver feedback to team members based on team member input.
• Lead process optimization projects and develop reporting frameworks.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels.

Who You Are:

• 15+ years of project management experience
• Experience in process optimization and performance management.
• Advanced skills in data analysis
• Experience with learning and development projects
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience manager utility or power generation projects

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $45.00/hr. to $50.00/hr.
