POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for working with other IT teams, architects, and business partners to help evaluate best practices in software development. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Works with leadership within a specific or across multiple technology areas to complete root cause analysis. 2. Creates design solutions, configurations, and performs quality assurance practices. 3. Designs solutions and configurations to perform quality assurance activities. 4. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to IT teams. 5. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 6. Perform other duties as assigned. Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment * Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management. * Knowledge of software development and quality assurance practices. * Knowledge of hardware, software, and network * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to mentor, coach and as a knowledge resource to other employees.
