Accounts Payable Clerk North Bethesda MD Pay From: $23 Per Hour MUST: The Accounts Payable Clerk must have the following: 3+years of recent accounts payable experience Utilizing ERP accounting system Oracle preferred Handling 1099 audits Creating accounting/financial reports Coding invoices and processing Processing and reconciling invoices and credit memos Working with vendors Associate's Degree preferred or HS diploma DUTIES: The duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk include but are not limited to: Monitor billing transactions Process invoices Resolve account discrepancies Verify invoices and contract pricing and reconcile Answer vendor calls Assist materials department Code and pay invoices Prepare refund checks for patients Enter and update data in ERP system Oracle preferred Handle 1099 audits Handle data entry of accounts payable Maintains record of requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices and reconcile discrepancies Run month end reports Maintain vendor files Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
