About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, techforward Executive Assistant to support the President and serve as the operational backbone of the executive office. This role represents the organization at the highest level and therefore requires an individual who consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy toward others, and a strong customer-service mindset. You will ensure the President's time, priorities, and communications run with precision. You will manage complex workflows, streamline information flow, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity across the organization. This position partners closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure daytoday execution aligns with enterprise priorities. You won't own strategy-but you will ensure strategy runs smoothly. Please Note: this role is in Greenville, SC and is required to be in office. What You'll Do Executive Operations
- Manage a highvolume, highcomplexity executive calendar aligned to organizational priorities.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and executivelevel meetings with accuracy and foresight.
- Prepare briefing materials in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
- Track commitments, deadlines, and followthrough across multiple workstreams.
- Serve as a liaison between the President, senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
AIEnabled Productivity
- Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and generate firstpass documents.
- Build templates, workflows, and automation systems that reduce manual work.
- Maintain structured digital systems for rapid information retrieval.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through emerging technology.
Communication Flow
- Screen and prioritize inbound communications.
- Draft executive correspondence for routine matters.
- Ensure materials are organized, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that support executive decisionmaking.
Office Integration & Project Support
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to support execution of enterprise initiatives.
- Coordinate crossfunctional meetings and logistics without assuming ownership of initiatives.
- Complete special projects assigned by the President, often involving crossdepartmental collaboration.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all sensitive topics.

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
- Experience supporting a Sales organization is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with high discretion and confidentiality.
Working Conditions

- Occasional nonstandard hours or oncall availability as needed.
- Ability to remain seated or on calls for extended periods.
