POSITION SPECIFICS The Penn State School of Music seeks an Assistant Director for Engagement and Outreach to support strategic initiatives that connect performance, academic programs, and public engagement. The Assistant Director for Engagement and Outreach will play a key role in coordinating complex projects, advancing community- and audience-facing initiatives, and supporting the operational and strategic work of a comprehensive music school within a major public research university. The Assistant Director for Engagement and Outreach will be regularly required to work evenings and weekendsto assist with the School of Music events and other audience-facing initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS If filled as Performing Arts Operations Specialist - Advanced Professional, this position requires: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None If filled as Performing Arts Operations Specialist - Intermediate Professional, this position requires: Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneApplication Information: Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter. Additional Information: This position will report to the Director of the School of Music.
