What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities

Use Microsoft Office tools with excellence



  • Create and format documents in Word
  • Build and manage spreadsheets in Excel
  • Develop presentations in PowerPoint
  • Maintain databases and shared files
  • Coordinate meetings and manage email communications


Keep teams organized and on track



  • File documents and generate reports
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Arrange travel and manage calendars


Ensure accuracy and attention to detail



  • Enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Proofread and edit communications
  • Record, compile, and distribute meeting notes


Provide proactive administrative support



  • Anticipate the needs of leaders and team members
  • Support scheduling, communications, travel planning, and project tasks


Deliver exceptional customer service



  • Communicate professionally and positively with team members via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred)
  • 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new systems


Schedule: 30-35 hours/week (school-day friendly) or full-time

Location:This role will be based out of our Sioux Center, IA. office.

Travel: This role requires some occasional travel per business needs and requirements (10%).
