Ready to make data work harder for business success?

Here is some of your day:

  • Trusted Business Advisory: Serve as primary stakeholder liaison, working directly with end users and clients to understand processes, pain points, and analytical needs while ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives
  • Requirements Translation & Strategic Planning: Translate complex business questions into comprehensive data analysis plans, executing independently or collaboratively while proactively identifying optimization opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Problem-Solving Leadership: Lead initiatives that transform analytical insights into concrete business recommendations and behavioral changes, driving data-driven solutions across the organization
  • Data Quality Assurance & Validation: Validate calculations through peer review, automated testing, and cross-referencing with established metrics while performing quality assessments using Alteryx and cloud-native tools
  • Data Governance Partnership: Collaborate with governance teams and business data stewards to establish quality standards, remediation processes, monitoring procedures, and resolve critical data issues through comprehensive validation and root cause analysis

Here's who we are looking for:

  • Cloud Data Platform Expertise: 1+ years hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse combined with advanced SQL capabilities including complex query development, stored procedures, and performance optimization
  • Advanced BI & Visualization Skills: Expert proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for creating complex, interactive dashboards and data visualizations, plus proven expertise with Alteryx or similar ETL/data preparation tools for complex workflows
  • Programming & Automation Proficiency: Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and integration with business applications, along with experience in collaborative development practices and Git
  • Enterprise Business Analysis Experience: 1+ years of business analysis or consulting experience in enterprise environments, preferably in commercial real estate, construction management, or related fields
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Demonstrated track record as stakeholder advisor with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users, plus excellent presentation skills for senior management and external clients
  • Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives and understanding of modern data architecture patterns and cloud-native workflows
  • Financial & Business Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations, financial analysis and modeling, forecasting and budgeting preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Educational Foundation & Technical Tools: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related quantitative field, with experience in SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar collaboration tools preferred

Key Success Factors

  • Technical Excellence:Ability to work seamlessly across cloud data platforms while maintaining high standards for data accuracy and analytical rigor. Must demonstrate proficiency in modern analytics stack including Databricks, Tableau, Python, React, and Alteryx.
  • Business Acumen:Strong capability to understand complex business processes, identify analytical opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Experience working directly with business stakeholders as a trusted analytical partner.
