Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Primary Accountabilities

• Develops, maintains, and distributes standardized reports and dashboards to support Claims business operations.

• Develops, tests, and deploys automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.

• Manages and optimizes claims data models and reporting architecture within GCP.

• Analyzes and addresses data quality issues, tests and analyzes impact of system changes to data/reporting infrastructure.

• Collaborates with key stakeholders to define key financial and operational metrics to continuously monitor, track, and report performance.

• Collaborates with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.

• May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

• Demonstrated strong experience utilizing data tools to build complex formulas and create reports.

• Demonstrated experience developing and documenting data sets, definitions, and reporting standards.

• Understanding of software tools to query and report data. Experience with BigQuery SQL, Looker Studio, and Tableau preferred.

• Knowledge of a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.

• Knowledge of data security and governance best practices.

• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define and deliver key performance metrics.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10%.
