Lead Agency Implementation Consultant (Hybrid)

Primary Accountabilities

• Developing and leading cohort-based training facilitation solutions to meet the business needs

• Providing recommendations and insights

• Supporting sales and business planning

• Knowledge transfer and mentoring

• Synthesizing and communicating performance insights

• Analyzing data and performance

• Overseeing continuous improvement programs

• Delivering technical expertise

• Designing and delivering diagnostic processes

• Identifying opportunities using data and tools

• Consulting on effective selling practices

• Facilitating joint sales efforts

• Liaising between agencies and corporate

• May be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support and processes.

• Demonstrated experience in business implementation strategy.

• Demonstrated experience communicating complex, technical information to relevant parties.

• Demonstrated experience in process development.

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• High level of collaboration and influencing skills to develop effective partnerships with agents as well as cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of project management standards, methodologies, concepts, and tools.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of agent language.

• Solid knowledge and experience working with digital, AI, automation and other platforms.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 15%

Licenses

• Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

• Life insurance producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

• Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034
