You'll lead and create quality cohort-based training solutions that focus on the development, enablement and delivery of newer agent start-up promotions and training designed to implement the formulation and execution of key business initiatives. Consult, collaborate, and educate on agency business processes, activities, operations and skills to onboard and grow the agency. Partner with other stakeholders and infuse overall best practices for specific nuanced situations and regular agency matters to optimize results. You will report to the Senior Manager, Agent Implementation.
Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $145,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office.
